I read the reviews before coming and was skeptical but I decided to stay anyways and they totally fixed the whole place up and made it look brand new. The staff were so nice they made sure I felt like I was at home. Then there is the food, they have an option where you can customize omelets and they will make it for you and the dinner is really good, I was really surprised when I heard they had steak. Their is also a soda machine and the soda taste really good. The halls and rooms smell like laundry detergent and they added ice machines to every floor. The pool, hot tub and sauna was very nice also. I would recommend this to everybody because it is very nice and the beds are more comfortable than a cloud.

Birch Hill Suites in Columbia, Missouri means more to me than words can fully express. I especially want to thank Ms. Coretta Williams, who is one of the most fair, kindhearted, and genuine people I have ever met. During the year and a half I lived there, she helped me more times than I can count and truly saved my life in more ways than one.
I am also deeply grateful for her staff Andrea, Destanie, Jason, Bucky and Kayla. They all went above and beyond to make sure anything we ever needed was taken care of including making sure my dog was safely evacuated during a fire alarm while I was not home. All of you are not just staff; they became family.
After I lost my home, I did not know where I was going to go, and Birch Hill Suites gave me a safe place when I had nowhere else.
I will always be thankful for the kindness, compassion, and support I was shown there. This place is home. Thank you all so much for everything

We were stranded in the middle of Missouri and with no where to go but the nearest rest area we stumbled upon this tiny gem. The staff is very personable and friendly. It’s the most affordable hotel in the area so there are drawbacks. But we slept through the night early and she gave us the rest we needed to continue on our journey. Thank you girls.
